Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this website.

K. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AVE and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements. This Agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.  If any part of this agreement or these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be valid and enforceable.  These Terms shall take precedence over an additional terms and conditions preposed by you or set forth in your documents or terms.

L. INTERNATIONAL SALES OR SHIPPING: AVE is not registered as an International Business.  We do not AND will not do business outside of United States or support this type of business yet – sorry!

M. OTHER: The headings in this agreement are for reference purposes only and have no legal effect. If any portion of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.
