The JBL EON718S is a portable powered PA subwoofer engineered to extend system low end with precision, control, and road-ready reliability. Centered on a custom 18-inch woofer and a 1500W amplifier (750W RMS), it delivers musical, high-impact bass with a frequency response of 40–120 Hz (-3 dB) and usable output down to 31 Hz (-10 dB). Onboard dbx DSP provides parametric EQ, polarity inversion, delay, and selectable low-pass filters at 80/100/120 Hz, while the color LCD and JBL Pro Connect app streamline setup from the back panel or across the room via BLE. Integration is straightforward: dual combo XLR/TRS inputs with two XLR pass-throughs simplify expansion, and a rugged M20 pole mount supports sub-satellite rigs with EON700 tops or other mains.
 
Built for real-world gigs, EON718S is housed in an 18 mm birch plywood cabinet with DuraFlex finish behind a 16-gauge steel grille with cloth backing. At 26.54 × 23.98 × 25.08 inches and about 78.3 lb, it’s compact for an 18-inch subwoofer yet capable of a 131 dB peak SPL in half-space. Convection cooling keeps operation quiet and reliable; universal AC (100–120 or 220–240 VAC) supports global tours and installs. Thoughtful ergonomics—dual side handles and stackable feet—make transport, storage, and cardioid configuration setups fast and secure. A threaded M20 pole mount and indexed cabinet geometry let you tailor deployment for clubs, houses of worship, mobile production, and corporate AV.
