The Panasonic PT-VMZ62 is a compact LCD laser projector built for bright, readable images where lights-on performance matters. Delivering 6,500-lumen output at WUXGA resolution, it uses three 0.64-inch LCD panels for smooth text and color fidelity. Installers get practical flexibility from a 1.6x zoom (1.09–1.77:1) and wide lens shift (+44% vertical, ±20% horizontal), so alignment is fast even from challenging mounting points. For modern signal workflows, the VMZ62 accepts 4K/30p input via dual HDMI and DIGITAL LINK (HDBaseT-compatible) for single-cable video, control, and network. Panasonic’s Daylight View Basic and scene-linked Dynamic Contrast (rated up to 3,000,000:1) help preserve detail and punch in ambient light, while quiet operation down to 25 dB supports hybrid classrooms and conferencing spaces. The chassis blends in unobtrusively in black or white and supports projection up to 300 inches, with geometry tools including keystone, corner, curved-screen, and grid adjustments plus a Digital Zoom Extender for longer throws from existing mounts. A washable long-life filter and rated 20,000-hour light source minimize service interruptions. Connections cover pro AV needs—HDMI x2, COMPUTER IN/OUT (D-sub), AUDIO I/O, USB-A, LAN, RS-232C, and DIGITAL LINK—and the unit integrates with PJLink, Crestron, and Extron control. Measuring approximately 15.7 × 4.53 × 13.7 inches and 15.2 lb, it is easy to handle yet installation-ready.
