The JBL Control 29AV-1 8" 2-Way 300W Indoor/Outdoor Loudspeaker is a high-performance passive speaker engineered for versatile commercial installations. This speaker features a weather-treated 8" Kevlar-cone woofer and a 1" titanium-diaphragm compression driver, offering a wide frequency response from 43 Hz to 15 kHz and a continuous program power capacity of 300W. The rotatable horn allows for optimized horizontal or vertical sound dispersion, while the built-in crossover network ensures smooth frequency distribution and balanced tonal output.
Equipped with a low-saturation 110W transformer, the Control 29AV-1 supports 70V, 100V, or 8-ohm operation, providing flexible integration into a variety of audio systems. JBL’s SonicGuard™ circuitry protects against overload without compromising sound quality, ensuring reliable performance at high output levels.
Installation is fast and secure with the InvisiBall® mounting system and sealed input panel cover. The screw-down terminal strip features corrosion-resistant nickel/zinc contacts for long-lasting, weather-resistant connections.
