The Blustream HEX70USB-KIT is a compact HDBaseT USB extender pair that combines robust video transport with peripheral control for boardrooms, classrooms, and KVM workflows. Using a single CAT cable, the system delivers 70m HDMI extension for 1080p, with 4K 60Hz 4:2:0 supported to 40m, keeping sources and displays perfectly in sync with uncompressed, zero-latency transmission. At the endpoints, the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) integrate USB 2.0 KVM—four USB-A ports at the RX for peripherals and a USB-B host at the TX—so you can position a PC at the rack while connecting cameras, touchscreens, or keyboards at the display. Installers get bi-directional control via bi-directional IR and RS-232 control, while integrators can fine-tune handshakes using EDID management and rely on HDCP 2.2 compliance for modern sources. Audio flexibility is built in: the RX features HDMI audio breakout to simultaneous analog L/R and optical S/PDIF outputs, simplifying feeds to amplifiers, DSPs, or assisted listening. Power distribution is clean thanks to Power over Cable (PoC), letting either end power the link to reduce wall-warts and simplify cable management. Each endpoint measures just 135 × 105 × 25 mm for discreet mounting behind displays or under tables, and the kit ships with IR accessories, serial cabling, and brackets for a tidy, standards-based deployment.
